The Places I Traveled To
During my eight-month international journey in 2008, I visited El Chalten in Argentina, Puerto Natales in Chile (both in Patagonia), Pichilemu in Chile, Mie in Japan, the Mount Everest region in Nepal, Chuka in Kenya, and Zanzibar in Tanzania.
For the 2010 domestic work in the United States, I visited Olympic National Park in Washington, the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska, the Badlands National Park in South Dakota, and then Alcatraz Island, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in California.
